PTC Restaurant Reviews is an independent reviews blog. We keep things simple: we do not sell reader data, and we do not require you to create an account or share personal details to read anything on this site.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which reviews are read so we can improve them. This measures aggregate traffic, not individual identities. Your browser controls cookies, and you can clear or block them at any time in your browser settings.

The contact form sends the message you type, along with your name and email address, to our forms processor at forms.caltechweb.com, which delivers it to our inbox by email. That submission is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to CAPTCHA that verifies you are not a bot without tracking you across other sites. We do not sell or share anything you send through that form.
